Who we are

Elite Security Direct is an online storefront operated by Elite Security Installation LLC, doing business as Parkersburg Camera Pros. Elite Security Equipment identifies our approved-dealer equipment program. This policy applies to information collected through the storefront, customer and dealer accounts, system-planning tools, order support, and related communications.

Information we collect

• Account and contact information, including name, email, phone number, and sign-in identifier.
• Dealer-verification information, including legal business name, EIN, business type, address, website, purchasing contact, application status, and review notes.
• Order, fulfillment, warranty, return, and customer-service records.
• System plans, product selections, cable measurements, project notes, and service selections you choose to save or submit.
• When analytics is allowed: an anonymous session identifier, pages viewed, searches, product interactions, cart and checkout events, purchase value, referring page, and campaign tags. Elite does not place a name or email in the analytics event record.
• Technical and security information reasonably needed to operate and protect the site, such as request, authentication, device, and error information provided by the hosting platform.

How we use information

• Create and secure accounts; review dealer eligibility; provide products, quotes, fulfillment, warranty service, and support.
• Maintain purchase and warranty records and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Communicate about requested services, account activity, orders, policy changes, and legally required notices.
• Improve the catalog and planning experience and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

How information is shared

We use service providers to operate the storefront, including Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for customer authentication, Stripe for payment and tax processing, Google for transactional email, and fulfillment or shipping providers selected for an order. These providers receive information only as reasonably needed for their services. We may also share information with manufacturers or distributors when needed to fulfill an order or warranty, and with authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

• We do not sell personal information for money.
• We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Stripe receives payment-card and billing information directly. Elite does not store full payment-card numbers.
• If the business is reorganized or transferred, information may be included subject to applicable law and continued protection.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The site and its hosting or authentication providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, account continuity, the shopping cart, and core functionality. With the visitor's permission, the storefront stores an anonymous session identifier and campaign attribution in browser storage and sends first-party ecommerce events to Elite. Google Analytics may also receive consented events after an Elite owner activates the measurement connection. Analytics is not used for cross-site behavioral advertising through this storefront, Google Signals is disabled in the site configuration, and choosing essential-only access does not prevent shopping or account use.

Marketing communications

Elite sends marketing email only after an affirmative signup or optional checkout selection. Messages may include saved-cart reminders, practical guides, product updates, offers, and referral information. Transactional order, warranty, account, dealer-review, and security messages may still be sent when needed to provide requested services. Marketing consent can be withdrawn by using an unsubscribe option, replying with an unsubscribe request, or contacting [email protected].

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for accounts, orders, warranty periods, dealer relationships, disputes, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information by contacting [email protected]. Some records may be retained when required for transactions, warranties, fraud prevention, taxes, legal claims, or other lawful purposes. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We will verify requests before acting and will not discriminate against a customer for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children and external sites

The storefront is intended for adults and business users, not children under 13. Product and manufacturer links may lead to external sites governed by their own policies.
