Agreement and operator

These terms govern use of the Elite Security Direct storefront, the Elite Security Equipment dealer program, and purchases or services provided by Elite Security Installation LLC, doing business as Parkersburg Camera Pros. By using an account, submitting an order, or purchasing, you agree to the terms presented at that time.

Catalog, system plans, and order acceptance

Catalog content is provided for product evaluation. Availability, final configuration, taxes, shipping, and the total price are presented or confirmed before payment or order acceptance. A shopping cart or saved system plan is not an accepted order. Custom cable remains subject to confirmed measurements and pricing. We may decline or cancel an order for availability, payment, legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or product-information reasons and will provide any refund required by law.

Accounts and dealer access

• Provide accurate information and protect access to your account.
• Dealer purchasing requires approval and may require business, resale, tax, or licensing verification.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless promptly reported as unauthorized.
• We may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the site.

Optional marketing communications

Newsletter signup and the marketing checkbox at checkout are optional and are not conditions of purchase. A customer who opts in may receive saved-cart reminders, educational content, product updates, offers, and referral information and may unsubscribe at any time. Transactional communications needed for an order, account, warranty, or dealer decision are not marketing messages.

Installation and system responsibility

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, the customer is responsible for physical installation, safe mounting, lawful camera placement, network access, power, measurements, permits, and compliance with surveillance, privacy, employment, building, electrical, and other applicable laws. Remote programming begins only after compatible equipment is installed, powered, and online.

Remote programming and training

Remote programming and live training are appointment-based services. The customer must provide working equipment, authorized access, internet connectivity, and an adult representative. Service fees cover the described session or configuration work and do not include physical installation, repair, construction, network-provider work, or third-party subscriptions unless expressly listed.

Returns, warranty, shipping, and delays

The Returns & Limited Five-Year Warranty and Shipping Policy are incorporated into these terms and are available before purchase. If a shipment cannot be made within the promised time—or within 30 days when no shipment time was stated—we will provide the delay notice, cancellation choice, and prompt refund required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another account, submit false dealer information, scrape the catalog at abusive volume, or use the site for unlawful surveillance or other illegal activity.
• Do not remove product notices, misrepresent regulatory status, or imply government or manufacturer endorsement beyond documented authorization.

Intellectual property

The Elite Security Installation, Elite Security Direct, and Elite Security Equipment names, site design, original copy, logos, and branding are owned by Elite Security Installation LLC or used with permission. Luminys and third-party product names, marks, images, documents, and specifications remain the property of their respective owners and are used for authorized identification. No ownership transfers through site use.

Disclaimers and liability

Technical specifications must be confirmed against the current manufacturer document before procurement or installation. Product performance, recording retention, analytics, cloud availability, and interoperability can depend on settings, network conditions, storage, firmware, subscriptions, and third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, Elite is not responsible for indirect losses caused by customer installation, unlawful use, third-party networks or services, or events outside reasonable control.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia and applicable federal law, without limiting mandatory rights that apply where a customer resides. Updated terms apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless law requires otherwise.
